🔋 Energy Data Upgrade
You want more data? You get more data. Today Real Reports is releasing another huge batch of map and data upgrades.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s been added and why it matters to agents and clients alike:

Mineral Rights: Determine whether a homeowner has legal ownership over valuable underground resources, potentially affecting property use and future income. This data type was requested by our most recent partner, MLS Now, and we had it live in the product in <72 hours.
Liquefaction Susceptibility: Assess earthquake-related ground stability risks that can impact property safety and insurance requirements. This data type was requested by our partner, SFAR, and we had it in the product in <1 week. NOTE: This data only appears for Bay Area, CA properties.
EV Charging Stations: Understand neighborhood readiness for electric vehicles, which appeals to owners of those cars as well as eco-conscious buyers.
Wind Turbines: Proximity may influence property views, noise levels, and local sentiment, impacting buyer interest and property value.
Power Plants: Nearby plants can affect air quality, noise, and perceived health risks, which can significantly influence a property's desirability.
Power Transmission Lines: May raise health concerns or impact aesthetics, both of which can affect a buyer's decision and a property's marketability.
The new data is sourced from US Energy Information Administration (EIA), Department of Transportation (DOT), United States Geological Survey (USGS), and the US Forest Service (USFS). Click here to check it out!
